A few hours ago, the lively city of Ibadan came to life with a heart -warming celebration of childhood at the Mcenies Children’s Day Ibadan celebration 2025. In 12a, Saka Agbaje Street, Aare Bodija, this event marked the second year as a result of a meeting that was quickly inspired by an Angon by Joy and. Organized by McEnies Global Events in cooperation with Perfect Clicks Signature, this year’s topic, “Giggle, games and size!” Beautifully caught the spirit of the day.
The event brought together over 70 children and 40 adults, which became a significant increase compared to the previous year and underlines the growing effects and the warm welcome of this annual celebration. The atmosphere was electrically with laughter, games and warm moments when children came together for different backgrounds to celebrate their potential and size in each of them.

At the center of the celebration, the inspiring conversations were held by two respected speakers: Dr. Olayinka Abimbola Egbokhare, lecturer at the Department of Communications and Language Arts, the University of Ibadan and the Reverend Abiodun Felix Ogunbisi from Immanuel College of Theology, Ibadan. Both speakers hired the children with warmth and wisdom on the topic of “size is in them” and encourage every child to recognize their unique value and the endless possibilities that lie ahead. Her messages started deeply and planted seeds of trust and hope.
The event also showed moving appearances from the orphans present, Tabitha Home Orphanage Home and Kent Home, Ibadan. Her talents added a special touch of community and spirit to the day and reminded everyone present to the power of inclusion and the joint celebration.
